He is currently a director of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd., a public mineral exploration and development company listed on the TSX and NYSE -- AMEX ("ITH") since 1991, a director of Trevali Mining Corporation, a public natural resource company listed on the TSX ("TV") since 2007, a director of Corvus Gold Inc., an exploration and development company listed on the TSX ("KOR") since 2010, a director of Dorato Resources Inc., a public mineral exploration listed on the TSXV "DRI", since 1996 and recently appointed (2011) interim President and CEO, president and director of Ravencrest Resources Inc. a publicly trading company trading on the CNSX ("RVT") since 2007. Chief Financial Officer and a director of USA Video Interactive Corp. ("USVO"), a public company listed for trading on the TSXV ("US") and the OTC Bulletin Board since December 1994, which company is involved in watermarking. President of Westpoint Management Consultants Limited, a private company engaged in tax and accounting consulting for business reorganizations since 1979. | Carlos Ballon Position: Director A graduate from Colorado School of Mines, Carlos is a highly experienced mining engineer who managed the Santander Zinc-Lead-Silver Mine from 1985 to 1993. More recently he was VP South America for Corriente Resources followed by Director of Thiess South America (Australia's largest contract miner) where he managed major engineering works at Tintaya and Yanacocha respectively. | |
| Gordon Neal Position: Director Gord has 25 years experience in advising public companies and providing corporate finance services. He began his career in financial communications in the Prime Minister's office in 1980 and in 1985 he was made Senior Associate at Vickers & Benson Advertising in Toronto. Gordon founded Neal McInerney Investor Relations in 1991, which through marketing raised more than $4 billion in debt and equity financings, and became the second largest full service Investor Relations firm in Canada. In 2002, Mr. Neal was appointed to Vice President Investor Relations at Pivotal Corporation and assisted the board with the sale of Pivotal to China.com in 2003. Gordon Neal is currently the Vice President Corporate Development at MAG Silver Corp. He was also on the advisory board of West Timmins Mining, which was purchased by Lake Shore Gold in late 2009. | |
| Rowland Perkins Position: Director Mr. Perkins is currently the President, CEO and a director of ebackup Inc. (since 2001). He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba (BA, Economics). Mr. Perkins has also served as a director of USA Video Interactive Corporation since January 2005, Strikepoint Gold since 2011, Corvus Gold Inc. since 2010, and was a former Director of International Tower Hill Mines from 2005 to 2010. |
