Anton J. Drescher

Mr. Drescher has been a Certified Management Accountant since 1981. He is currently a director of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd., a public mineral exploration and development company listed on the TSX and NYSE -- AMEX ("ITH") since 1991, a director of Trevali Mining Corporation, a public natural resource company listed on the TSX ("TV") since 2007, a director of Corvus Gold Inc., an exploration and development company listed on the TSX ("KOR") since 2010, a director of Dorato Resources Inc., a public mineral exploration listed on the TSXV "DRI", since 1996 and recently appointed (2011) interim President and CEO, president and director of Ravencrest Resources Inc. a publicly trading company trading on the CNSX ("RVT") since 2007. Chief Financial Officer and a director of USA Video Interactive Corp. ("USVO"), a public company listed for trading on the TSXV ("US") and the OTC Bulletin Board since December 1994, which company is involved in watermarking. President of Westpoint Management Consultants Limited, a private company engaged in tax and accounting consulting for business reorganizations since 1979. President of Harbour Pacific Capital Corp., a private British Columbia company involved in regulatory filings for businesses in Canada since 1998.
 
Vice President Exploration
John Drobe

John is a geologist with 25 years experience, specializing in porphyry copper-gold, epithermal and skarn deposits throughout Latin America. John comes to Dorato from Corriente Resources where he held the position of Chief Geologist and was responsible for all aspects of exploration and resource definition at the company's Mirador, Panantza, and San Carlos porphyry copper deposits.

John is considered an expert on Cordillera del Condor geology and his knowledge and experience in this area will add tremendous value to the company given the substantial amount of high-quality data that has been collected during the past two years. In addition, John brings considerable resource modeling experience, which will be invaluable as more discoveries are made on the Peruvian side of the border.
 
Consultant, Community Relations
Eduardo Bryce

Eduardo is a lawyer and anthropologist educated in Lima, Perú and New York, USA. His experience as a lawyer includes consistent involvement in human rights and indigenous people's affairs, having worked for the Andean Commission of Jurists and the United Nations. As a social researcher Eduardo has worked intensely on legal anthropology, both in the Andean Region and Guatemala.

Since 2003, he has been providing consultancy to the mining industry in Peru, Argentina and Guatemala, having reached a comprehensive understanding of the social and cultural challenges that extractive industries face when entering into social and cultural settings.

As a social consultant, Eduardo is developing a template to monitor Minera Afrodita's performance with respect to community engagement and cultural affairs. In this role, he develops and improves reporting mechanisms and documentation of activities, contributing to long-term relationships and good faith. The ultimate goal is to conduct community work to ISO 26000 standards and to develop ISO-compliant environmental management system.

Michael Pound

Michael Pound brings 14 years of marketing, finance and client management experience to the team. He most recently served as Investor Relations for Platinum Group Metals (TSX: PTM). He oversees development of the Company's investor relations strategy and focuses on increasing the Company's exposure in the financial community.
 
Chief Financial Officer
Anna Ladd

Anna received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1991 as well as a Masters of Arts in Economics from Queen's University in 1993 and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Anna has over 15 years of experience in financing and financial controls in relation to the mining industry from mine controller up to and including responsibility for multiple mine operations. Anna has served as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer for a number of TSX listed junior mining and development companies in addition to several mid-size to senior gold and base metal producers including Grande Cache Coal's operations, Kinross Gold Corporation's Fort Knox, Round Mountain and Kettle River operations and Vale Inco's Thompson and Sudbury base metal operations.
 
Financial Controller, Peru
Hector Arenas

Hector is a Mining Engineer with an M.Sc in Business Administration and more than 20 years experience in finance. His experience in both the technical and financial environments brings a unique perspective to Dorato. Amongst his financial experience we can highlight treasury management; financial restructuring; acting as controller for financial institutions; assessment of main companies in the Peruvian market; structuring of project finance and long term facilities in both the banking system and the local capital markets; mergers and acquisition and development of key contacts in the financial markets. Hector acts as financial controller for Dorato Peru as well as overseeing all aspects of project logistics and administration.
